Since every client and home are different and have different needs, each plan and service will vary. Call us today to find out about all we have to offer as your property manager in CT. 

Rates will vary depending on the usage of the house. If it is being used as a rental property, there will be different fees that will be applied as compared to a summer or weekend home. 

We also offer a variety of rates for general services to your home or for emergency visits. These include being present to accept a delivery or bringing in a package, letting in a contractor or vendor and closing up behind them, or any number of other things you or your house may need. 



Every home is different and every home owner has different needs for their property. We don't lock you in to any long term plan or service contract. If you only need house checks, we can do that. If you need to use any of our many contractors that we have, we can do that as well. 
Our services are here for you, ala carte so to speak, whenever the need may arrive.
